Change colour of Text if number in cell exceed limit

Is it possible to set a limit to the number in the cell to switch it
colour? Example: seting cell A1 to change it's text to "red" afte
exceeds 100

From the menus:
Format > Conditional Formatting > Cell Value Is greater than 100. Set
required fomat.
