change colour of Excel title bar

i would like to know how to change the colour of the title bar in an excel
application.
 
Control Panel > Appearance & Themes > Background > Advanced Tab then click on
title bar to set focus. Then click on color window below to open palette.
 
Be aware that this may change something else you don't want changed.
