Dustin

I would like the text in Cell "A1" to Change to the color red, IF the value
in "A3" is other than "0"

Ideas?

Thank You!

While In cell A1, format, conditional formatting; choose formulais and in
box put:
=$A$3<>0, then of course click the format button, then select the Font
Tab --text color
red, then OK out...

Dustin,

Use Conditional Format with formula = "=$A$3<>0"
(remove the quotes)

But Bob...
The CF of A1 is dependent on the Value in A3;
How is [what you are suggesting] done?
TIA,,,

Thanks to all of you my spreadsheet is working great, and I have learned how
to use conditional formatting!

Thanks for your assistance!
