Change color of My Computer open folder

The yellow folder in My Computer changes very slightly
when you open it. The problem is that the this change is
hardly visable & is hard to distinguish from the others.
Is there a way to change the color of the expanded folder
from yellow to red or blue?

Kelly has a script which allows you to change the default folder & open folder icon. There are no
alternate color folder icons in windows itself that I know of -- you can search on the net or use
something from shell32 that would stand out, like:

%SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll,137 (Green right arrow)
