Is this a datasheet? a continuous form? Do you want the color to depend on the
value in some field, the position on the page, or what?

One big problem is that although a continuous form displays multiple rows of
textboxes, there is really only ONE row, displayed repeatedly. If you change
the properties of the textbox it changes all the copies - so the entire form
would change. What you will probably need to do is add a field to the table
upon which the query is based and set it to some value (a Yes/No field could
be set just with a checkbox), and use Conditional Formatting to display the
row as desired.
