Change Case & Get Rid of Spaces

Is their a tool or Add-In that can get rid of my spaces and uppercase file
(and folder) names.

I'm not sure why I should do this. However, so many of you on this
newsgroup have made the comment that all file and folder names should be all
lower case and should not have spaces. I've never ran into any problems
with this but if I have a tool that can do it, I will make the changes so
that my website follows the correct format.
