Change Case for Proper Name

Is there an easy way to change the case of a proper name?
I've stored a large list of names from a mainframe, so
they all all upper case chars. I'd like to change them to
upper case/lower case, but I'm not going to correct them
all by hand.

ie. change JOHN EBERLAN to John Eberlan
