change "carbon copy" to "courtesy copy" (for "cc") in Outlook

Since no one uses carbon paper in the operation of their PC, why not refer to
the "Cc" and "Bcc" in email addresses as the "Courtesy Copy" and "Blind
Courtesy copy"? I think those names make more sense.

The original name is "carbon copy" and that is still the most widely
used name on the Internet. So MS is simply following common practice.
FWIW, the Outlook 2007 UI only refers to Cc and Bcc, never to the full
words.
