Change all caps to small caps copies from website.

I copy a few ALL CAPS paragraphs from website then PASTE to MS WORD 2003. I
want to clear ALL CAPS format to SMALL LETTER. How do I? TQ
 
G'Day CD,

1. Select all the ALL CAPS.

2. Format>Change Case...
Click 'Sentence case.' OR 'lowercase'
Click 'OK'
 
Select the ALL CAP text and use CTRL + F3 to cyle through the casse to lower
case.
 
I would suggest that you do not use Ctrl+F3. Have you tried it? Shift + F3
is more satisfactory.
