Change a form

I'm fairly new to access, and to databases. I am currently
building a database and was wondering if any of you could
answer my question.

I want to have a drop down box from which i can select a
value, in this case a list of various towns. When a
specific town is selected various fields are updated to
display information about that county.

I have three counties in my database, and each of them
will be colour coded. Depending on the value selected from
the drop down box I would like for the background colour
to change to that of the county that the town is in.

Is this possible, and more importantly - can it be done.
