change a date to the end of the month

How do I convert a given date to the last day of the same month, taking into
consideration that the last day of the month varies by month. I'm willing
to disregard leap year.

Example: 10/3/05 becomes 10/31/05.

DateSerial(Year([DateExpression]), Month([DateExpression])+1, 0)
