cgi_gdi.dll

I just bought a new computer and have some old programs that use cgi_gdi.dll.
These programs will not run. Is there a fix or replacement for this dll.
Thanks for any help. This is being run on a Dell Inspiron 530.

You can try "Compatibility Mode", a feature on the Properties of a shortcut
set to run the app.
