The last time I looked there was not. It is assumed that if you know what
you are doing on the desktop, then you can develop for the CompactFramework.
Apparently, those "in the know" are clueless of the challenges faced by
those developing with that piece-of-shit Active Sync, a subset of crippled
classes called the Compact Framework, a painfully slow IDE called VS2005 and
a bunch of emulators that make the process even more laborious.
