A few weeks ago, I installed an upgrade to a program
called Packet Builder. Ever since the upgrade, my Windows
Media Player refuses to play AVIs and WAVs, and certain
Control Panel items that I use (Network Connections,
Scheduled Tasks) are no longer functioning. I do not want
to re-image my computer because there are a lot of third-
party programs on it that are a pain to reinstall. Is
there any way that these Control Panel items can be made
functional again? Thanks.
