If you are referring to centering no matter what the visitor has his
resolution set at . . I dont think this is possible with FRAMES.

In such cases, you will need to drop using FRAMES.

In the past I used the <center></center> tags and tables to position things
in the center of te visitors screen.

However, now, the web developers are being asked to drop the use if the
<center></center> tags .

So . . what do we do. I have been using CSS and the <div></div> tags with
some good results. But there are quirks to this in some browsers.

It is MUCH MORE FRUSTRATING to develop simple centered content now that it
was when <center></center> were in vogue.

The W3C committee have "dpreciated" many HTML tags.

Thus, many web design guiru's now vigorously advocate the use of CSS to
replace these "depreciated" HTML tags.

However the W3C only offers "Recommendations" and as long as the major browsers currently in use
still support the various HTML tags, there really is no reason to not continue to use them if they
give your site the layout you want and allows visitors to access your site with their browser of
choice.
