centering business my card on the the template

Hi

I'm trying to center my business card on an avery8371 template in microsoft
word. I manage to center most of it but i have a gap at the top. If i try to
move it up, the bottom goes below the line.

Is there a way to center it by moving the entire card within the template?

Help would be much appreciated.

all label templates I've seen so far are basically borderless tables. If
you have trouble centering content there, it's usually because the
paragraphs/the styles in use have spacing before/after, or the table has
indents set on any of the 4 possible sides.
