In Excel you just choose this command from file page setup (center on page
horizontally) to center all content of excel page!!
Is there any Equall Command Equal to this command ((center on page
horizontally)) in access report!! can I use..

In short, No.
Access works with text boxes these have a starting
location and than within the texboxes you can justify the
location. You have to place the report on the center of
the page by adjusting the margins.
