Cellular Service from my Dell Axim x50?

I'm looking to get a cellular connection from my Axim x50 so that I can make
phone calls? Does anyone have suggestions?
 
Contact the vendor from whom you buy your cellular service about a Compact
Flash or PCMCIA cellular modem card and suitable drivers.
