Cells moving in tables

I have a site with a table that includes a banner cell,
six left side cells for buttons, a divider column and a
large cell for text, all within the same table. When I
enter text in the large cell on the left and it grows
downward all of the cells to the left in the table start
to expand and my buttons spread apart.

How can I eleminate this?

To avoid this problem, you need to use nested tables (Tables inserted in
cells).
