Cells don't display color - Anyone know why?

Hi,

I have a user who is not able to see the color formatting of the cells
unless he shows the worksheet in print preview mode. For example, he'll
select a range of cells and will color them yellow. Nothing appears to
change, however, if he does a print preview, he can see the yellow cells.
Additionally, when the worksheet is sent to other users, they are able to
see the color.

Does anyone know what the problem may be? Is there a setting in the options
that may be set incorrectly in his Excel?

Thanks for your help,

Ryan

It might be worth checking if the user is in page break view as opposed to
normal view. I don't know whether this will prevent coloured cells from
showing correctly, but its the only thing I can think of that might, other
than some OS based graphics settings.

Hi Ryan,
I had that problem before. Try this: Go to Control Panel, click on
Accessibility Options, click on Display tab, then you should uncheck the Use
High Contrast box, click OK to get out. See this will help. Good luck!
