Cell with two colors for the font

I inherited a spreadsheet. In a cell is text. Some of the text is red and
some is black. How did she do that? I can't figure out how to do that!

Edit Cell, highlight a portion and then format cells ... etc ...

Is this just text typed into the cell? If so Highlight the letters that you
want to colour and select the colour you want.
