cell values from Excel to word

Hi,
The following cells C18, B20, C25, H25, D33 in sheet "trans_cer" is to be
merged into a letter in a word document (saved as a template) in different
location. How can this be done?

Try to link the cell from excel into your word document, then when the value
changes, it can be updated into the word document.

Thanks, It work fine only when the Excel file is opened.
