whenever I type CNA in a cell, it automatically changes it to CAN.
Unfortunately, CNA is a product code commonly use. I have to copy an imported
text to input CNA in a cell. I've turned off autofill, but it doesn't help.

Excel is trying to "help" you:

Tools > Spelling > AutoCorrect Options> AutoCorrect

scroll down and remove the correction.

1. On the Tools menu, click Autocorrect options.
The AutoCorrect dialog appears.
2. Click the Autocorrect Tab.
3. Click the scroll bar to identify the letter CNA.
