Cell dependent on value of other cell

The field 'Department' should be linked to the value from the field
'Division'.
Each Division has many Departments.
Both the Division & Department fields are showed as list fields.
So when i select a Division, the list in the Department field should be
limited to the Departments in that division.

How should i do this in a query?

If you are attempting to do this in a query, I don't believe you will be
able to.

If you were using a form, I'd suggest you search on "Cascading Comboboxes"
to accomplish what it sounds like you are seeking to do.
