Cell dependent on value of other cell

The field 'Department' should be linked to the value from the field
'Division'.
Each Division has many Departments.
Both the Division & Department fields are showed as list fields.
So when i select a Division, the list in the Department field should be
limited to the Departments in that division.

How should i do this in a query?
