CDROM ejects automatically when opening up webpage

As the subject indicates, a user has pointed out a web
site that when viewed, ejects his cdrom automatically on
our XP pro workstations. Im completely patched and am
trying to figure out how this is happening. Is it
something to do with IE security settings? Help!
