CDO MAPI login failure for custom form in Outlook XP

I have a customer that is getting a failure when CDO is called to
populate a combobox with GAL entries. This particular form worked for
him previously. He recently installed Exchange 2003 System Manager,
as he is the Exchange admin and our organization is migrating to
Exchange 2003 shortly.

Any ideas why CDO won't work in this situation, and why the login
failure?

Have you looked on www.cdolive.net? There are several versions of CDO,
depending on what system is installed. Check to see if the name has
changed.
