I am trying to filter messages out of my inbox, where the
Internet header information contains "invoked by alias".

I can see the Internet headers by right-clicking an email
and selecting Options.

I read the article (#178073), and it gives a good example
of a VBA, but, now that I've saved the VB Project, how do
I make it run every time I receive new mail?

an ItemAdd handler for the Inbox's Items collection. That format can
be used for what you want to do, just modify the code in the event
handler.
