CDO help

Hi

I get the following when submitting a form

name test

address test

CDO.Message.1 error '80040213'

The transport failed to connect to the server.

/Forms/confirmation2.asp, line 56



the following is the script on the confirmaion page having changed the
server name and the from and to fields
