How can I convert a *.CDA file to a *.WAV file or some other format?

..CDA is not a real file format, but merely the way Windows shows the tracks
of a CD-A disc. The format is PCM which is the same as the .WAV file fomat.
Almost any decent audio utility allows you to turn such a track into a .WAV
file.

If you don't have anything to hand, then Audacity is free; well featured and
available at:
