CD Writing Wizard does not start

My CD wriing wizard never starts on my new computer.

However, I do not have any problem using nero to copy data to the CD.

Is there a way that I can make the CD Writing Wizard start on my new computer.

Usually, when Nero, or Roxio, is installed, it seems to turn off the built-in
CD Writing Wizard.


STEPS:

Click on My Computer
Right-Click on CD writing drive
Click on "Properties" in the menu
Select the Recording Tab
Click on "Enable CD Recording on this drive...."

However, these changes may not stay active after the next reboot since you
have Nero installed (see the info above the steps...)
 
Little review - when you select a file/folder by right clicking -sendto CD
writer - a balloon appears in task bar with notification of files ready to
be written to the CD - if basically you get this far then check: My
computer>rt click CD drive>properties>Recording tab _ check "enable CD
recording this drive"
