Hi folks,
My computer experienced a serious crash;a computer shop
restore most of it. However, my cd writer is missing
totally from all programs.How can I restore it....I have
all the windowc xp instalation cd's.Hope you can help!

The driver should be on the disk.
Look in the control panel, system, hardware, device manager, expand the DVD/CD-ROM.
If your CD is listed, go to the manufacturer's web site for a driver.
