CD wont eject

Take a paper clip, straighten one end, gently push it in the small hole
located below the CD tray.
This should open the tray.

You can sometimes release the tray with an opened paper-clip which one
inserts into the small whole near the opening - be very gentle and do not
force the pin in - it should release with the slightest of pressure - well
it has for me the last couple of times.
