cd to windows media player mp3 then back to portable?

How do I rip a cd to wmp 10 and convert to mp3 and download to my portable
thump sunglasses?
 
You Rip to your harddrive and Sync to a portable player. Convert
what to MP3? You can also copy&paste or drag&drop to your portable
MP3 player. Otherwise, I don't understand your situation.
