CD space

when I put a CD-R of 700MB in CD drive and click on it's properties, it says
used space 319 MB and free space 0 bytes, where is rest of space? thanks for
help.

This is a brand new - unused CD-R?

If the CD has been finalised, then it hasn't got any more space.
 
1-Yes CD was new.

2- what do u mean by

does it mean I can add data to CD only once whether it 1 MB or 700 MB and
after that I can't add anyothtr thing.

if you have told your CD burning application to "finalize" the CD, that's
like sealing it - you can't put any more data on it.
