How to make cd recovery - exp (cd recovery Acer,HP,Compaq, etc)

Any Prog. can do it? Pse tell me.

A recovery CD is usually available by contacting your computer manufacturer and make a request.

Example:

I know Acer and Compaq have their own utility for creating recovery
disks, other than that you can use Norton Ghost or BootITNG to create
images.
