CD Reading Problem

A problem developed recently whenever I insert a different cd or dvd into my
reader or writer (2 separate units). Although Explorer recognizes all the
files on the new disc, the Disc name remains the same as whatever was in the
drives when I booted. This is a new problem as in the past the name changed.
I have tried to refresh (F5), but this does not solve the problem.
