Cd Player will not stay closed

I have Windows Xp Home Edition my Cd drive is a Cyberdrv CW089D CD-R/RW and
it will not stay closed. I push the eject button and it will go in stay in
for 3 seconds and pop back out. And it will not read any of the discs b/c it
will not stay closed please help me.
 
Hi Courtney,

I hate to tell you, but it sounds like you need a new CD drive. Your present
one is probably, mechanically shot.
