CD Package 2007 dilemma

Have created a PPS with embedded files, as a resource for a course that I
conduct. When playing the PPS all buttons, navigation bars etc that I've
created work OK, meaning that navigate purely by using them. Looks great, and
click to progress slides becomes disabled. Means control over what people
see, when.

however....when i packge it up for CD, slides once again can be scrolled
through etc.

Really annoyed.... can anyone help?

Guessing that you mean using a mouse with a scroll wheel?

If so this is a feature / bug in the free viewers which you may have
included when you packaged for CD?

So what viewer might have done that? Any remedies you can suggest?

I'm taliking about the PowerPoint Viewers that are installed by default so
that users do not need the full version installed. Tick Archive Package in
Options when you package to not include the viewer. Users will need
PowerPoint installed.
