cd \dvd drive

my cd rw drive is really playing up. it is constantly
being accessed and opens and closes all by itself
randomly althoough i cannot open it up. the busy light is
alwalys on can anyone help please
 
Use Ad-Aware 6 or Spybot to check to see if you have not had any
spyware/adware/trojan hacker access programs installed onto you PC.
