CD data burning

When ever I try to burn pictures to a cd I get the following "Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file. What do you want Windows to do? Retry or Cancel. I have no problems burning audio files.
 
Start/My Computer/rightclick your CD-Rom drive/Properties/AutoPlay tab
Under Select....etc. click the down arrow to select Pictures. Then under
Actions select copy pictures to a folder.........etc. Click Apply and OK.
