CD burning

I updated XP to SP-2 and now I cannot burn a cd. I have been able to in the
past. I can play music and it can read the drive, but won't burn. I
checked to ake sure CD burning was enabled, and it is.. any help? Thanks!

I apologize, I should also have stated that although I do have a blank disk
in the drive, it contiues to tell me to place a blank disk in it...
