Anyone...I need assistance.....trying to copy files to a
CD-RW....When the "files to be Copied" comes up...I
select the files....& set it to write.....the screen
keeps saying....no CD in the E drive....

A thought...can other programs interfere..(ie Roxio) with
this copying..

Hi,

If you have third-party burning software installed, you should use it and
disable the native burning software (disable the imapi burning service by
running services.msc from a start/run prompt).

If you want to use the native burner, uninstall the third-party software and
enable the imapi burning service. You will also likely need to enable the
recording on the drive. Doubleclick "My Computer", right-click the CDRW
drive, select properties and go to the recording tab.

At a minimum, set the imapi service as manual.
