cd burning wizard

I have done something to stop the cd burning wizard from
completing. I have quickbooks and when I try to back up
to my cd-rw, the file gets stuck in the staging area.

Looking at the cd thru my computer does not bring up the
files waitting to be written message either.

Hi

I'm not a wizard but I had a similar problem with Quicken.
I reloaded the cd burning software--in my case Nero and
the InCd and Easy Write items on the Nero installation
disc. After this I could backup my Quicken files.

Try reloading the cd burning software.
