CD Burning Filesize Swap?

Hello,

Whenever I try to burn a CD, Vista swaps the filesizes. What the heck do I
mean by that? If I have a 702 MB cd and I try to burn a 701 MB file, it tells
me that the file is too big, as I'm trying to copy a 702 MB file to a 701 MB
CD. I figured it might just be that the file is slightly larger than 701 MB,
so I tried a smaller file (693 MB). It then told me that I was trying to burn
a 702 MB file to a 693 MB cd.

What the heck is going on?

By the way, it doesn't work to burn DVD's either; they burn, but cannot. be
read by any other computer, even though I choose ISO burning instead of the
UDF format.

I didn't have any problems at all until the update today. :-P
