cd burner again

hi i have been trying to save an excel spreedsheet to a blank cd, and excel
said Incorrect Fuction i clicked ok,
then it said

you do not have access to the file.F;\: see ur administrator for access to
this folder
can anyone please help as i need to back up my accounts
and i am afraid i might lose them

Hello

You need to have some form of 3rd party cd burning software like Roxio
or NeroBurn or use the built in one for XP,
