When starting Win XP Pro, I get the following pop up
message on the desktop:

ccRegVfy.exe - Unable to locate componet

"This application has failed to start because ccTtust.dll
was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this
problem."

What application is it refering to? How can I solve this
problem?

Reinstall you symantec products and it may fix the problem.
