I often create outlook e-mail messages and forget to add categories.
I'd like to write a macro, that I can put on my toolbar. I want to
click on it after I've created an Outlook e-mail message instead of
clicking on the send. I want it to bring up the categories box and
wait until I hit the ok button and then close out the boxes and send my
e-mail message.
Can you tell me how to do this?
It would be even better if it could bring up a dialog box after
bringing up the categories box that asks if I'm ready to send the
message with a yes and a no box. After I enter the categories I could
click yes or no and it could automatically close the categories box and
send the message if I click yes or return to the mesage if I click no.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Blue
