Catastrophic Outlook 2003 problem: 'Unable to load nwnsp.dll'

I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 and it gave me an error that bombs me out of
Outlook completely. It says that is is unable to load nwnsp.dll. I;ve found
this file and put it in various places, but nothing works yet.

That's the Lotus Notes MAPI service provider. I don't believe Outlook 2003
can make use of that, but see if this informaiton from IBM helps:
