casino site/security issue?

Hi, I am using Windows XP/Internet Explorer. I received a CD from a casino
that I downloaded. They offered me a $300 sign up bonus. When I downloaded
and went to cashier I could not access any of the deposit options, it appears
to get "hung up" when clicking on something from the drop-down menu. Anyways,
I emailed the casino with the coupon ID# and they deposited for me the $300.
Now, I have played for a week and want to withdraw the $300 but when I go to
withdrawal the same thing happens, I click on any withdrawal method and it
will get hung up, it also happens if trying to make a deposit. I uninstalled
and reinstalled several times and the same thing happens. The Casino told me:

There is no problem with our game servers.

I think the problem is with your windows explorer . You need to get a techo
to check your PC , seems like some software security issue

Can someone suggest what the problem may be? Thanks
